1. Do you like my Oakley Jawbones ? I know the horizontis not horizontal, but taking photo of myself while actually riding the bike isn't that easy (for me). |
I know this is bit of cheating since yesterday was the Wordless Wednesday. But we are alternating my running with bike so the ankle gets truly ready for speed workouts and for today The Coach set me for two and half hours ride at easy heart rate, I did little bit more and came back just exhausted. So I am sharing the photos I took on the way.
You can also check the Garmin activity. The purpose was the HR at 132-135, the average is bit lower due to stopping for route checks - my first timer. And obviously I did not care for the HR at the climb home, though tried for it not to skyrocket.

I am actually enjoying this being pushed in my triathlon training sooner than expected. But still running is the best and I enjoy it totally the most. Good night and good luck!

To si děláš srandu, že máš oakleye... :-) jsou krásný :-) A na kole dřeš jako drak - to mě moc neštvi, za chvíli budu mít komplexy... :-D Já jezdím sotva hodinku a ty si to takhle dáváš... ;-)
ReplyDeleteDěkujůůů :-) Bohužel je nedělají s "hot pink" kombinací tyhle Jawbone ... koupený v NYC, takže oproti ČR cenám na pohodu. Zkoušela jsem modely, co mají růžový, ale ty jsou takový "plastový" - tyhle mají lepší provedení.
ReplyDeleteTakhle mi to naplánoval trenér, tak poslouchám :D Dost mi to ulehčuje život - nepřemýšlím o tom a makám ... jenom by to fakt chtělo tu silničku, chjo. Jinak neměj komplexy, já už trénuju běh dost intenzivně několik měsíců, tak to by byla ostuda, kdybych nemakala, když už na to kolo vlezu. Za chvilku mi budeš dávat, ani nemrknu, uvidíš :)
