Slowly Coming Back

I am getting back to normal my dear readers, more posts to follow this week. As you can see from the Garmin log, I am incorporating exercise in my routine again. Switching the time zone after two weeks was not easy, but I should be fine after this weekend. My love for running only increased with my first marathon. Already planning the 2012 season! Stay tuned for more.

How long do you take off after the "A" race of your season? Happy running & training everyone!

  1. After marathon only for the first week a bit decreasing on mileage - on around 10-15miles per week and then back on my usually mileage 25-30. And combined with swimming and bike. Enjoy Your running ( but I think so that the weather in Prague now ,is not so good for outdoor sports :-( )

  3. No ja jeste maraton nebezela :-) Ale po pul maratonu jeden tyden jen lehce vyklusavam /zadny intervaly, kopce apod./ a kilometraz snizim tak na polovinu. Obvykle dam ten tyden i dvakrat saunu (dela mi moc dobre po delsich bezich). Vitej zpet a uzij si to!

  4. No pokud se vypnu a opravdu zavodim:), tak ten tyden po te nemam na behani moc chut, tak jen velmi malo a pak pozvolna.. Ale jak sama vis, kazdy je jiny a nekteri daji treba nekolik tydnu od behani pauzu, nekdo beha jako by se nechulilo.:)
    Tak at se ti hezky beha a sportuje. 12:)

  5. Michal: Thanx for the insight! Yep, I did 28 km (17 miles) last week and should go up to 50 km (30 miles) this week (= easy according to The Coach) and we will start with more structured training from the next week again. As Ladronka & Hvězda are on the hill, it's not that bad with the pollution fortunantely....

  6. Blondýna: Dííík, saunička, to je moje, už jsem byla a samozřejmě se ještě chystám. Co taky v tom počasí teď? ... Mimochodem, zkoušela jsi plavání v Tyršáku? Prý je to tam super.

    12: No mě ta pauza na moc dlouho nevydržela, ale je fakt, že jsem asi mohla běžet víc na krev - ale to si nechám až na Prahu :) Dík, taky pěkný trénink přeju :)
