This post is going to be more photos than words :) As I am leaving for 2 weeks of altitude training camp (= my summer holidays :D ) tomorrow. I am getting ready for the camp as well as the We Run Prague 10 km race I will be running just one day after coming back from the camp (August 30).
This Nike Pro Indy bra I mentioned in the previous post really rocks!
... got my race tshirt = start number :)
Finally got my hands / feet down on the new Pegasus 31! Can't wait to test them in the high volume training I have ahead of me in the Alps :)
... restocked on Matcha Tea, but also Generation UCAN, nuun electrolyte tabs and PurePharma vitamins :)
No post would be complete without food porn photos ... so I got my blood drawn this morning, so we can see the changes in my blood before and after the altitude training. Blood drawing = no breakfast = me extremely HANGRY! So I treated myself to a delicious raw breakfast at Sweet Secret of Raw ... this place rocks, like seriously :) Raw coconut yoghurt with banana, nuts and salted caramel. And almond milk cacao :)
Is your vacation planned all around running or do you use it as your time off?
Do you have any experience with high altitude training? Any advice? :)
